• Please Note: Teams will be accepted on a “First Paid-First Accepted” basis and entries will be limited only to the first 72 paid registrations. 
• Registration Fee: $899.99 (ALL AGE GROUPS) Now through November 10th at 11:59 PM. 25% deposit required to secure spot in event!

• STAY TO PLAY TOURNAMENT FOR TEAMS TRAVELING 75+ MILES *Tournament Director will assign teams room blocks* Teams sending multiple teams to this event, please inquire for special stay to play pricing!
• Teams who register but do not pay are not in the tournament and placed on the waiting list until payment is received. To avoid being placed on the waiting list and secure entry, payment must be made.
• 3 Game Guarantee: Pool play format will be used with all teams entered (weather permitting).
• All teams receive Rawlings game balls for the event
• Two (2) High School board certified Umpires are supplied for every game with the exception of 9u & 10u, they will receive one umpire.
• This event does have a “Hotel Obligation” policy in place.
• Come join us for our 3rd Annual Spring Swing, this event is the best way for all teams to begin their season!
• All Local Teams (Less than 75 miles from their venue) must be ready to play as early as 5 pm on Friday April 17th
