Description
Age groups: 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U, 17/18U
Pool Play: Friday July 24th - Sunday, July 26th
Playoffs/Championships: Monday, July 27th
- 4 Game pool play guarantee, weather permitting.
- 13U-18U Registration Fee: $1,699.99. (Special until 12/31 = $1,599.99)
- All teams must be ready to play as early as 8 am on Friday July 24th! Schedule requests can be made and will be granted on a first come first serve basis!
- There is a hotel obligation for this event.
- Rawlings Game Baseballs provided, prior to the start of the tournament (additional baseballs can be purchased on site for an additional $55.00/dozen)
- Two (2) High School board certified Umpires are supplied for every game.

Full payment is due on February 15, 2026. Your registration into this tournament is not guaranteed or secured until full payment is received. Teams who have registered and have not paid by February 15, 2026 are subject to being replaced by another fully paid registrant.

Housing Policy = All teams 75+ miles from Williamsburg, VA must book their hotels through our preferred housing partners! Any parent, coach or player found staying out of the allowed room block will have their team removed from the tournament with NO REFUND for team registration. Teams may purchase a "hotel buyout" for $1,999.99 per team.
