Age groups: 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, Underlcass (15u/16u) & Upperclass (17u/18u)

Pool Play: Friday, October 9th through Sunday, October 11th

Playoffs/Championships: Monday, October 12th

• Please Note: Teams will be accepted on a “First Paid-First Accepted” basis and entries will be limited only to the first 118 paid registrations. 
• Registration Fee: $949.99-$1149.99 (now through June 30th, 2026)
• Hartford Connecticut Area Fields
• Teams who register but do not pay are not in the tournament and placed on the waiting list until payment is received. To avoid being placed on the waiting list and secure entry, payment must be made.
• 3 Game Guarantee: Pool play format will be used with all teams entered (weather permitting).
• All teams receive Rawlings game balls for the event
• Two (2) High School board certified Umpires are supplied for every game, with the exception of 10u they will receive one umpire.
• This event does have a “Hotel Obligation” policy in place. All teams traveling 75+ miles from Hartford, Connecticut must book through tournament partnered housing. Hotel buyout waivers are available upon request!
• Local teams must be available to play as early as 5:30 pm on Friday October 9th!
